Two weeks back, we were making plans to visit Kashmir or Laddakh during Dussehra vacations. Every family member had his/her concerns and views for both the locations. Finally Kashmir and Laddakh took back seat on our priority list, and we zeroed on 'GOA'. Made all the bookings and confirmed it.
Who knew dropping both the locations was for our good. A few days back, the news of heavy rains and flood started appearing on the news channels. Day by day the situation getting worst, with so much of destruction, and loss of lives.
Its good sometimes if you dont become stubborn to your decisions and give a ear to others too !!
My sincere prayers to all those struck up in this natural calamity. Hopefully the situation eases up soon, and sun god shower his blessings on this paradise of ours .
